GHWM maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect nonpublic personal information, including administrative, technical, and physical controls such as access controls, encryption, and multi-factor authentication where appropriate. GHWM also conducts due diligence on third-party service providers and requires them to maintain appropriate information-security measures.

In addition, GHWM maintains incident-response policies and procedures designed to address cybersecurity events and data-security incidents in a timely and appropriate manner, consistent with applicable law and regulatory guidance.

Affiliate Disclosure: 

GHWM does not share nonpublic personal information with affiliates for marketing or any other purpose.

SMS Communications

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from Growth Horizons Wealth Management LLC, we may use your mobile phone number to send conversational or informational messages, including appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, document coordination, and other client service communications. 

No mobile opt-in information or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Privacy Policy Delivery

GHWM provides this Privacy Policy to clients at least annually, as required by applicable law, and also upon request.

Former Clients

Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you, and we will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information with strict confidentiality. We maintain all records regarding all former clients for the retention period required by law.

Business Transition 

In the event of a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of GHWM’s business, nonpublic personal information may be transferred to a successor firm. Any such successor will be required to maintain the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable law. Clients will receive notice of any material changes to privacy practices resulting from such a transaction.
